Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in digital marketing and IT solutions. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in digital marketing and IT services.
• Identify new markets, client segments, and revenue opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, IT innovations, and market developments.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.
• Foster long-term relationships with key clients to enhance retention and upsell opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the digital marketing or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, software solutions, and IT services.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
