Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sponsorship Sales role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sponsorship Sales professional will identify and qualify potential sponsors for ICSA events, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and present tailored sponsorship packages aligned with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and sales presentations, and negotiating sponsorship terms to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with event and marketing teams to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled, tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and providing regular reports on pipeline and revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to refine sponsorship offerings and help expand ICSA’s partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
• Strong Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship skills, with experience selling event or conference packages to senior-level stakeholders.
• Proven Sales and Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing B2B deals.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions clearly, negotiate effectively, and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in events, conferences, or media sales is highly beneficial, particularly in engaging C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong organizational and CRM skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating across sales, marketing, and event operations teams.
