Role Description The Insurance Business Entrepreneur will lead the development and growth of an insurance practice, including identifying market opportunities, acquiring and managing clients, and building strategic partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, designing appropriate solutions, and ensuring high-quality service and retention. The role involves managing business operations such as performance tracking, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site client and team interactions and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, documentation, and follow-up activities.
