Sourcing Manager – Job Description
Visit project sites and conduct field work.
Meet CPs/Brokers and explain company products.
Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
Generate sourcing opportunities and client leads.
Maintain and update Excel sheets regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
Ensure timely reporting and daily activity updates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and real estate sourcing is preferred.
Pay: From ₹297,809.91 per year
Work Location: In person
