Job Description:
What You Will Do:
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), i-CPs, RCPs, brokers, and other sourcing partners.Generate new leads and business opportunities through effective networking and local market connections.Plan and execute sourcing strategies to achieve project sales targets.Ensure consistent engagement and timely motivation of the sourcing team and channel partners.Monitor the performance of sourcing partners and implement improvement strategies where required.Conduct regular meetings, events, and training sessions for CPs to enhance productivity and brand awareness.Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the Thane, Thane Suburbs, and MMR region.Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.Prepare periodic reports on sourcing performance, lead generation, and CP activity.Requirements:
Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing preferred.Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, preferably with a Developer, Lobby, or Mandate firm.Strong network and working knowledge of Thane, Thane Suburbs, and the MMR region.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Benefits:
