Assistant Resident Manager
Job Description
As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will work closely with the Resident Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience while learning property management.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Resident Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by promptly addressing resident queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
• Support resident onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with residents and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
• Assist in achieving occupancy and resident satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
