We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can understand customer problems on the shop floor, collect technical data and evidence, support solution design, and take ownership of implementation, commissioning and final validation.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit customer sites and understand manufacturing/process problems, machines, PLCs, sensors, cameras and available data.
· Collect images, videos, machine signals, samples and other evidence; prepare site survey, requirement and feasibility notes.
· Support technical solution design, hardware selection and basic mechanical/layout design for cameras, sensors, brackets, enclosures and related hardware.
· Coordinate or support installation of cameras, sensors, industrial PCs, gateways, networking equipment and machine connectivity.
· Support PLC and industrial communication integration, data collection, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
· Work with software/AI teams during development and customer trials.
· Prove system performance against agreed criteria, document results, support customer training and final handover.
· Take ownership from initial site study through successful implementation; travel to customer locations as required.
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
Preferred experience: 1–3 years. Strong candidates with practical industrial/project exposure may also be considered.
