Requirements :
Required - prior experience in Solution Architecture/Design, Component Design roles in IT- Telecom Domain
Relevant experience in BSS/OSS design or component design or Service design in market segments like Consumer, Wholesale or Enterprise, B2B / B2C
Experience and Knowledge of BSS/ OSS design of at least one or more products
Enterprise Telecom Product/Technology viz MPLS/ IP VPN, Ethernet, SD-WAN, vCPE, Security/Firewall, Mobility IP Voice, Hosted and Cloud Communications, IOT Solutions
Consumer Product IP Voice, Consumer Mobility, Fixed Mobile Convergence, PSTN, Broadband, TV etc.
. Wholesale product portfolio like FTTx, Ethernet, IP Voice, Centrex/ SIP Trunking etc
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and create HL BSS/OSS designs
Technical knowhow with Network and Service Design experience (Good to have)
Proven experience or Certified in TM Forum Frameworks: eTOM, TAM, TMF SID and Integration Framework (TNA), working knowledge is required
Ability to learn new technologies/systems and assimilate new information quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Ability to influence business decisions, facilitate workshops and manage business and operational stakeholders
Hands on experienced or Ability to work on latest Telecom Trends like SDN/NFV, Technologies TOSCA, YANG, Blockchain, RPA etc
Prior design experience required with background on one or more key areas
Customer Management and CPQ

Contract Management
Fulfillment and Assurance
Billing Design
Service Activation
Inventory Management
Plan and Build
Network and Service Design of Telecom products and services
Ability to drive the HL Design work on a project/ Program, working collaboratively with the Business, Operational, Product Managers, Portfolio Architects, Platform Technical Team, Developers and Testing teams to identify multiple solution options and determine the best possible BSS/OSS solution.
Ability to drive discussions with Architects to ensure the right architectural guidance is taken into consideration for the BSS/OSS design, ensuring that the design is compliant with Telcos IT and Product strategy and best practices.
Ability to define process designs, where required to handle Operational requirements
Good to have Agile methodology experience
Should be able to assess and quantify the risks associated with their design decisions
Good appreciation for customers business and IT architecture, roadmaps, product/ data models.
Good to have network experience for enterprise and wholesale product domain or CCNA certification
Tools/Frameworks Knowledge:
UML tools and hands-on experience is a must have skill, in using any design tool like Enterprise Architect, ARIS, Oracle BPA, BPMN, Plant UML.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written / verbal; communication skills- MUST
Ability to work independently and manage action points and inclination to drive design discussions.
Ability to collaborate with a team of professional experts in their field of accountability.
Ability to successfully work within a multi-vendor environment
