Full–time
Solar Technician is responsible for Solar plant maintenance, electrical wiring and fault detection with highest quality standards to customers. Primary responsibilities of a Solar technician include but not limited to: 1.Solar site evaluation including visual check of PV panels, inverter, MC4 connectors, combiner box and switch gears 2.AC /DC Cable sizing for the plant as per load requirement and earthing check 3.Verification of fuses 4.Checking inverter status 5.Data monitoring and WIFI configuration 6.Coordination and technical discussion with Client 7.Troubleshooting issues related to solar plant operation 8.Ensure the work execution as per requirements +.Preparing record of consumption and reconciliation of material 10.Prepare Work Completion Report and Customer Feedback Competencies and skills required: 1.2+ years Experience in Solar projects 2.Experience and understanding of Rooftop & ground-mounted Solar projects. Familiarity with each and every component used in a solar system is needed. 3.Power Generation analysis for the plant 4.Knowledge about wiring using armoured and un armoured cables, MCBs, fuse, lightening arrestor and earthing 5.Knowledge about different inverter types and its functioning 6.Costing & estimation for Solar projects 7.Self-disciplined and result-oriented 8.Good communication skills English, Hindi and regional language +.Time management and interpersonal skills 10.Ability to travel, depending on project location
