Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network cabling. Ability to install and configure printers, scanners, and other office devices. Experience with software updates, drivers, and system maintenance. Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity and internet issues. Familiarity with remote support tools and basic IT security practices. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations for installation and support. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred. 1–2 years of experience in software installation and networking is an advantage
