Responsibilities:
• Develop,implement, and maintain efficient and scalable backend solutionsusing JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to design and implement backend architecturefor our applications.Create and maintain APIs and web services forreal-time data applications.
• Ensure thesecurity, performance, and reliability of backendsystems.
• Optimize code and database queries formaximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex technical issues as they arise.
• Stayup-to-date with the latest industry trends andtechnologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance tojunior developers whennecessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science or a relatedfield.
• 4+ years of professional experience as aJavaScript Backend Developer.
• Proficiency inthe MERN (MongoDB, , React, )stack.
• Experience working on real-time dataapplications.
• Strong knowledge of multipleJavaScript technologies and third-partypackages.
• Solid understanding of backenddevelopment principles and bestpractices.
• Familiarity with version controlsystems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solvingand debugging skills.
• Strong communication andteamwork skills.
• Ability to work independentlyand manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Workwith message queues, such as RabbitMQ, to handle asynchronous tasksefficiently.
• Utilize both SQL and NoSQLdatabases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB, for data storage andretrieval.
• Implement caching strategies usingtechnologies likeRedis.

DesirableSkills:
• Experiencewith caching technologies, especiallyRedis.
• Knowledge of message queues, such asRabbitMQ.
• Experience with both SQL (e.g.,PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
