Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who understands social media trends and enjoys creating engaging content. You'll work closely with our marketing team to build BAOIAM's online presence across multiple platforms.
This internship is ideal for students or freshers looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage BAOIAM's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry trends.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Schedule and publish content.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams.
Generate innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Required Skills
Good written English and communication skills.
Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Knowledge of Canva (preferred).
Creativity and storytelling ability.
Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
Undergraduate or postgraduate students.
Freshers are welcome.
Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Own laptop and stable internet connection.
