Email Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing email templates, launching campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms), and optimizing performance based on analytics. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with a blend of technical and creative email marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Create and customize responsive email templates using Mailchimp or similar tools
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for different client categories
Segment audiences and personalize email content to drive higher engagement
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and report on campaign performance
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and subject line analysis
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Collaborate with content and design teams for cohesive messaging
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar email platforms
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Proven ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights
Experience running campaigns for eCommerce or SaaS brands
Marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, etc.) is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns
