Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content to engage our audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Run company social media advertising campaigns.
Oversee customer service provided via social media.
Analyze traffic and relevant community metrics.
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Relevant Degree in the field of Marketing
Note: This position is based in our office in Mahim, Mumbai. Only candidates residing in Mumbai should apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
