Digital Marketing Manager - Photographer/Videographer

Are you a digital creative with a knack for content design and marketing?
Would you like an ongoing role working with a leading healthcare brand of over 20 years based in Melbourne?
Do you have intermediate to advanced skills in Windows?

We have an exciting opportunity for a digital creative to join our close-knit team to take over this existing long-term role.
Our aesthetic focused dental practice is seeking a motivated, original thinker who can take creative charge of our social and digital marketing campaigns working with 3rd parties.
About the Role
Our practice relies strongly on our web-based presence across search and social media. The successful candidate will need to share examples of previous work they have produced either personally or professionally.
Your role would be to plan, design and produce original content for our social media channels, websites, email campaigns and in-house promotions, including client photography and video production.
Our ideal candidate would also be capable of providing occasional low-level software and hardware support to our team, so a solid background of computing in a Windows environment is highly favoured.
This is a long established in-house role reporting to the managing director, located at our offices in Caulfield North.
Necessary production equipment and software is provided:
Adobe Creative Cloud (full suite)
Canva Pro
Cameras, lenses, lights, flashes, backdrops
Production grade Windows machine
We also have an existing repository of professionally captured video and photo content to create content from. You would also be expected to generate new content working with our team and clients.
Essential Skills
Experience planning and creating professional content for social media
Photography and editing skills
Video editing and production
Confident working directly with a range of people, including capturing footage with team and clients
Experience producing paid and organic social media / digital marketing content
A clear communicator who presents professionally and shows attention to detail
Must be capable of working in a team and also independently
Understanding of computing in a Windows-based network/server environment
Desirable skills that would be favoured strongly
Experience in healthcare or aesthetics, especially dental, is favoured considerably
Experience updating web content in Wordpress
Knowledge of cPanel-based web and email hosting
Experience in web-based marketing platforms (email lists and automations, social media advertising in Meta Business suite)
Role Responsibilities
Produce regular static image, video and copy for our social media and marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Email, Website)
Coordinate with and plan content with our digital marketing lead.
Respond to public reviews and other social media engagement
Photography, video and creating new content
Provide occasional hardware and software support to team
Manage the digital storage of business marketing assets and content (Dropbox, Google Drive, NAS via Windows Server).
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
