Guest Player Connect (GPC) is reimagining youth baseball by forming teams for players to compete in weekend tournaments — giving them more reps, more fun, and more growth. Our Media Crew brings that energy to life through engaging highlights, behind-the-scenes stories, and digital content that connects with players, parents, and coaches.

What You’ll Do
As a Sports Media & Content Creator, you’ll help capture the GPC experience on game days and turn it into content that lives online. You’ll attend select tournaments across NJ, PA, NY,. DE, FL, and MD on weekends, then edit and publish content remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
Filming game-day highlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
Creating short-form, story-driven videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Editing content for real-time posts and weekly scheduling
Pitching creative ideas for video series, social campaigns, or branded moments
Publishing content and tracking performance across GPC’s channels
Interacting with players, coaches, and families to capture authentic stories
Helping shape GPC’s digital voice and storytelling style

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-starting content creators who:
Are based in or near Vero Beach, FL — we’re hiring locally to cover weekend tournaments in these areas
Are outgoing and comfortable capturing moments on-site and interacting with players, coaches, and families
Can shoot, edit, and publish content independently
Are familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends
Have your own gear (camera/phone, laptop, and editing apps)
Are available for select weekend events throughout the season
Bonus Points If You…
Have experience filming or editing youth/amateur sports
Have grown or managed a social media account (your own or for a brand)
Like being both behind and in front of the camera
Want to pitch, lead, and own content projects
