Social Media Content Creator Real Estate
Job Description
What You'll Do:
• Create scroll-stopping Reels and short-form video content across all platforms
• Design on-brand graphics, stories, and carousels using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Write compelling captions that drive real engagement and leads
• Manage a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt content to platform algorithm changes
• Capture listing launches, open houses, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Track analytics and share monthly insights on what's working
What You Bring:
• A portfolio of Reels and short-form video content with results
• Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe tool (Premiere, Lightroom, or Express)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter mindset — you take initiative and meet deadlines without being chased
• A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• Experience working with realtors or in real estate is a BIG plus
• Bay Area local is a plus!
