Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective investors and buyers, present property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and terms. Daily responsibilities include engaging with local property agents, managing inquiries, maintaining relationships with buyers/investors, supporting negotiation and closing of deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and accurate documentation. The role also involves tracking market trends, updating CRM records, maintaining an updated inventory of properties and contributing to sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
What We Are Looking For
• Core knowledge and exposure of residential and commercial Real Estate dynamics
• Owns a rich network of reliable property agents / brokers that can reached out to and activated
• Proven sales capabilities, including active outreach, lead generation, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong relationship building skills, including consultative communication abilities
• Strong documentation and organisational skills
• Ability to work on-site and conduct site visits with flexible schedules, including weekends when required
Qualifications
• Work Experience: Minimum experience of 5-7 years in a client-facing role within Real Estate or Banking & Financial Services sectors
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is mandatory; demonstrated exceptional performance in Sales can be considered in lieu of the same.
• Soft Skills:
- Candidate must have a strong network of property agents / brokers that they can actively engage
- Fluency (Spoken & Written) in English and Hindi is essential
- Working proficiency in Punjabi is preferred, but not essential
