We are a marketing company in Winnipeg that works exclusively with law firms across the US and Canada. Small team — you'd be working directly with the founder.
The role
We're looking for someone to help create short-form social media content from start to finish. That means:
Researching content ideas and keeping an eye on trends and formats that are working
Filming content on an iPhone (nothing fancy — good ideas beat good gear)
Editing videos into short-form clips (no experience required, willing to learn)
Posting and scheduling content across platforms
You'd be involved in the whole process, not just one piece of it. If you've ever wanted to learn how business social media actually gets made — ideation to posting — this is that job.
Who this is for
No experience required. Seriously. This is a great fit for a student or anyone who wants to break into social media and learn by doing. What we actually care about:
You're on social media regularly and genuinely enjoy it
You know what's trending and can spot why something works
You have a good eye — you can tell the difference between a video that hooks people and one that doesn't
You're reliable and can work independently
Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) is an asset, but not required — we'll teach you what you need.
Details
Hours: Around 8 hours per week, flexible on scheduling — works around a class schedule
Pay: $20/hour
