Small Group Leader (SGL) — Real Estate
Job Description
Position Overview: We're building out our team with Small Group Leaders (SGLs) — and we're looking for the right one to lead here in Jacksonville.
An SGL is a seasoned, full-time agent who continues to produce their own deals while also leading a Small Group of agents within our Team. You'll coach and develop newer agents, hold your group accountable, and feed them opportunities, building careers while you build your own income. This is a full-time real estate career, not a part-time or side role.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a Small Group. Coach and mentor your agents — in the field and on the phones — until they're confident and producing.
Own accountability. Make sure every agent on your Small Group is hitting their activity and production standards: calls, appointments, and deals.
Train new talent. Onboard and develop new agents through our Agent Excellence Program (AEP).
Sharpen the craft. Work with agents on their scripts and skills so they can get face-to-face with the thousands of leads we generate.
Feed your team opportunities. Hand off company leads and connections to your Small Group — growing their business and your splits at the same time.
Stay connected. Keep a consistent weekly touchpoint with your group, whether that's one-on-ones or a Small-Group meeting.
Drive results. Push your group toward two deals per agent per month and help the company hit its monthly company-lead goals.
Build the culture. Foster a collaborative, positive, high-accountability environment people want to be part of.
What Makes This Role Different:

You're paid for the leadership side of the role (a set number of paid leadership hours each week for meetings, training, and admin), and you earn commission splits on the deals you hand off to your group plus monthly performance bonuses when your group hits its goals. Lead well, develop your people, and there's a realistic path to $200K+ between your own production and the leadership upside.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Real Estate License
Proven, verifiable production; a seasoned agent who knows how deals get done
Strong leadership and coaching skills; you naturally hold people to a standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive results
Committed to real estate full-time — this is your career, not a side venture
