Site Supervisor- Interior Design
Job Description
Primary title: Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality interiors, maintaining schedule and ensuring client satisfaction on live projects.
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and labour allocation—plan daily workflows and enforce schedule adherence to meet milestone dates.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, RFI responses and installation details; implement revisions on site and communicate changes to teams.
• Coordinate MEP, joinery and FF&E installations; sequence activities to avoid clashes and support timely handovers.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and snagging rounds; maintain punch lists and drive defect closure to client acceptance standards.
• Enforce site safety, materials handling protocols and manage client/vendor communications during execution and handover.
