Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement and manage pain through various exercises and treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
Instruct and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor and record patient progress during treatment sessions
Educate patients on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care
Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care
