As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Residential Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and supervise on-site personnel to meet project milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and implement necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of on-site activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $70m
Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous
Experience in residential, education and health is ideal
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
