The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Government Construction Projects and be capable of independently managing day-to-day site execution while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
Government Construction Project experience is mandatory.
Experience in handling site execution, supervision, and contractor coordination.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites within Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
Coordinate material planning and monitor site resources effectively.
Resolve technical issues at the site and provide practical engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with Government project specifications and contractual requirements.
