Job Description
Site E&I Coordinator
We are looking for a Site E&I Coordinator. The E&I Coordinator is responsible for assuring that the project’s Electrical and Instrumentation scope is installed as per planned. The E&I Coordinator will report directly to the Site Construction Manager and indirectly to the Project Manager. This is a 1 year contract. The site rotation is 14x14, 14x7, or 8x6, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CMT team, driving schedules, communicating project progress, assisting with documents and processes
Co-ordinate and attend site meetings and project team/client meetings
Create and manage deficiency lists and project photos
Organize and attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly project related meetings
Review and sign payment certificates, confirm progress
Support and assist the reviews of contractor RFI’s, NCR’s and Change Order documents
Assist with Budget monitoring and updates
Coordinate the permit application process
Ensure construction timelines are up to date and in accordance with project notifications
Requirements:
10 years’ experience working as an Electrical Coordinator/Manager
Electrical Journeyman Certification is a requirement or equivalent experience
Strong experience and knowledge in EHT/Electrical/Instrumentation installations and completions
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with little direction
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to forecast, analyze and work under pressure
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
