We are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team and take ownership of the overall client experience. This is a leadership role focused on guiding people, maintaining standards, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of what we build.
The Role
You will lead an established sales team, providing direction, support, and accountability while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.
You will also take ownership of customer service, managing more complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment, and setting the standard for how issues are resolved.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will contribute to performance, operations, and ongoing improvements, helping the business adapt to changing customer expectations and design trends.
What You Bring
• Experience leading teams in high-end retail, interiors, or custom product environments
• A strong understanding of customer experience and service standards in a premium setting
• Confidence in managing people, giving feedback, and making decisions
• The ability to balance structure and initiative—following direction while contributing ideas
• A professional presence with a strong sense of detail, presentation, and quality
