Duties
Assist with general cleaning and tidying of the workshop, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards and cleanliness.
Support the team by preparing work areas for daily activities, including organizing supplies and materials.
Assist shop foreman
Help with loading and unloading materials or equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed.
Maintain safety protocols by keeping walkways clear, reporting hazards, and supporting overall shop safety initiatives.
Support inventory management by helping track supplies and restock items when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Willingness to learn safety procedures and adhere to workplace policies.
Basic understanding of tools or workshop environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.
