Join Our Team at Petone! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused superstar to join our Petone branch. This is a permanent role, with 30+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships. - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Assist front-line cashiers as needed, ensuring smooth operations at the checkout. - Support shop maintenance and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: - Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. - Outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service. - Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
