Job Summary
We are hiring a Packing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day packing operations and ensure smooth warehouse execution. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, hands-on experience in warehouse operations, and the ability to maintain productivity, quality, and dispatch timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily packing operations within the warehouse.
- Lead and manage a team of 25–30 warehouse associates.
- Ensure timely and accurate packing of orders as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Inbound, Outbound, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Monitor packing productivity and maintain daily operational reports (MIS).
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support dispatch operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse Operations/Packing Operations.
- Experience managing a team of 25–30 employees.
- Good understanding of Warehouse Operations, including Inbound (IB), Outbound (OB), Packing, and Logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting) and Google Sheets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
