If you've ever had a boss breathing down your neck and hated it, you'll like working here.
I'm James, founder of Morph Tools. We make 3D-printed sanding tools for the construction industry. Small brand, growing fast, lean warehouse. I'm hiring my next team member to handle shipping and run our 3D printers.
Here's the deal:
I tell you what needs to get done that day. Once you know the job, you set your own pace. Headphones in, podcast on, get the work done your way.
This isn't a job for lazy people. It's for competent people who want to be rewarded for being competent.
If you've got that OCD streak that loves getting things just right, you'll thrive here. Finish the basics, then use the extra time to make the packaging look better, the customer's unboxing experience nicer. That's how you earn the path to $40+/hr.
If you don't hit the basics, you won't last long.
Who this suits:
Reliable. If you say you're in Tuesday, you're in Tuesday.
Detail focused. You catch the wrong address before it becomes a customer's problem.
Self-directed. You don't need me hovering.
The job:
Shipping orders through ShipStation. Running our 3D printers. Occasional light assembly when stock runs low between weekends. Cleaning up after yourself. That's it.
I'll train you on everything.
Pay and hours:
$35/hr to start. Path to $40+ as you take on more. 2 days a week. Suits a student or anyone after steady part-time work.
Days are flexible week to week. Pick what works for you, just let me know in advance. I'm flexible, but I need to plan around it.
I'm not your average boss. I'm an ex-tradie. I get that you've got a life outside work, going out, having fun, all that. As long as you tell me what's going on, we'll work around it.
