ABOUT REDIAL

ReDial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic based in Green Park Extension, New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We don't manage Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and obesity — we reverse them, in 3 to 6 months, through an integrated Doctor + Health Coach care model that treats insulin resistance as the root cause, not the symptom. The clinical work is genuinely compelling. As we scale patient acquisition and our content presence, we're building a small, high-ownership team to match.

THE ROLE

Instagram is one of ReDial's most important channels for reaching future patients. We're looking for someone to own it end-to-end — not just maintain a posting cadence, but build a genuine content identity rooted in metabolic health and real patient outcomes, backed by data and a sharp creative instinct.

You'll plan, shoot, edit, and publish across formats — Reels, static posts, Stories, and carousels — using organic craft and AI tools where they genuinely speed up or sharpen the work, and you'll lean on performance data, not gut feel, to know what's actually working.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Content Planning & Production

Plan and execute content end-to-end — from ideation, to scripting, to getting it fully executed with the editor.

Script, shoot, and edit content across all formats — Reels, static posts, Stories, and carousels.

Use AI tools to speed up scripting, ideation, and first-pass editing, without losing authenticity or brand voice.

Channel Growth & Analytics

Track follower growth, reach, and engagement weekly — both the tangible numbers (analytics, watch-through rate, saves, shares) and the intangible read of what's resonating and why.

Double down on formats that work and retire the ones that don't.

Collaboration with the Clinical & Editing Team

Work with doctors and health coaches to source authentic, medically accurate content and patient stories (with consent).

Brief and collaborate with the in-house editor where editing support is available, without depending on it for every piece.

Content Output

The full range of content produced — Reels, static posts, Stories, and patient testimonials — not just repeating the same formats. This includes being comfortable approaching and talking to patients to draw out their story, bringing an innovative, non-formulaic approach to every piece, and having a strong, genuine fluency in how Instagram's algorithm and trends actually work.

Follower & Engagement

Growth

Whether followers, engagement, and reach are moving in the right direction month over month — a direct signal of whether the content and strategy are actually working, not just whether content is being published on schedule.

Reels Performance

Whether watch-through rate and completion on Reels is improving over time, reflecting whether the hooks, pacing, and storytelling are genuinely holding attention rather than losing viewers early.

Turnaround Time

How quickly a shoot moves from raw footage to a published post, working closely with the editor. Speed matters because trend-driven content loses relevance fast, but never at the cost of quality.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Non-Negotiable

Total work experience of 4–5+ years, including at least 2+ years as the responsible owner of an Instagram page — not just a contributor — with demonstrated organic growth in followers, engagement, or reach as a direct result of your content and strategy.

Strong grasp of both the tangible side of Instagram (analytics, posting cadence, hashtag and algorithm mechanics) and the intangible side (aesthetic judgment, storytelling instinct, trend sensitivity).

Proven track record of actually shipping content consistently — not just planning or ideating it.

Comfortable working with and briefing an in-house editor — you don't need to do all the editing yourself, but you need to collaborate effectively when editor support is available.

Comfortable using AI tools as part of a real content workflow — for ideation, scripting, or quick edits.

Strong visual and aesthetic sense across formats — Reels, static posts, Stories, and carousels.

Demonstrated creativity and strong content instincts, not just execution skills.

Comfortable working independently with light-touch supervision.

Immediate availability — this is an on-site, full-time role.

Strong Advantage

2+ years of healthcare, wellness, or medical content experience.

A personal brand or influencer background.

Working knowledge of Instagram analytics tools and trend-spotting.

PORTFOLIO & ASSIGNMENT — MANDATORY

Every candidate must complete the following as part of their application. This is how we evaluate real content thinking, not just claimed experience.

Share your portfolio, including the Instagram handle(s) you've managed along with growth numbers — followers, engagement rate, or reach — over a defined period, if you've been the page owner or a key content driver.

Submit a short review of an existing Instagram page: identify 2–3 flaws and 2–3 specific suggestions to improve it. Dr. Gagandeep Singh's Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/drgaganreversal/) will

As part of the same assignment, create a small sample of content — a static post or a Reel — using AI tools as part of your process. This will be judged on content and creative thinking, not on editing polish.
