CAD Design Intern

We’re Hiring: CAD Design Intern

PhoQtek Labs Private Limited is looking for a passionate and motivated CAD Design Intern to join our team in Hyderabad.

The intern will work on drone-related mechanical parts and assemblies, supporting our engineering team in designing and developing components such as frames, mounts, brackets, enclosures, fixtures, and other mechanical parts used in drone systems.

This role is a good opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in CAD design, 3D modelling, mechanical design, drones, UAVs, robotics, aerospace, and product development.

Responsibilities:
• Create 3D CAD models for drone-related parts and assemblies.
• Prepare 2D drawings and basic manufacturing drawings.
• Support design modifications, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Work with the engineering team to improve design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Assist in developing mechanical components for drone and UAV applications.

Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar CAD software.
• Understanding of mechanical design and engineering drawings.
• Interest in drones, UAVs, robotics, aerospace, or mechanical product design.
• Ability to learn quickly and work on real-time engineering projects.
