Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Production Planning: Manage daily manufacturing schedules, resource allocation, and machine utilization to meet output targets.
• Process Optimization: Apply Lean and Kaizen methodologies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce defect rates.
• Fabrication Oversight: Monitor operations involving CNC press brakes, laser cutters, punching machines, and welding stations (MIG/TIG).
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct first-piece approvals, interpret engineering blueprints, and maintain ISO or company quality standards.
• Tooling Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of press and progressive dies. [1, 2]
