Full job description
ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure alignment with business goals, and maintain architectural standards to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and governance
Lead design and implementation of scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modules
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders
Provide hands-on architecture, development guidance, and mentorship to development teams
Lead architectural reviews, technical assessments, and instance health checks
Design and oversee integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and roadmap planning
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the ServiceNow platform
Partner with business leaders, project managers, and developers to drive solution delivery
Stay current on ServiceNow features, capabilities, and roadmap
Hands on Experience on ServiceNow Analytics for monitoring KPIs and Metrics.
