Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve coffee, food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
Upsell menu items and recommend food & drink pairings.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Follow SOPs and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or bar.
