Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Server/Waitstaff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service, sharing our culinary offerings, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, memorable atmosphere for all diners. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS system Clover, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations based on guest preferences
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a smooth service flow
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or upscale environments required
Familiarity with POS systems like Clover is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices in the food industry
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods using excellent time management skills
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction
