Server / Kitchen Helper – Hot & Red Café & Restaurant
Location: G.V. Mall, Boring Road Chauraha, Patna
About Us
Hot & Red Café & Restaurant is looking for energetic, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Server / Kitchen Helper. If you are passionate about hospitality, food service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Server Duties:
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests and coordinate with kitchen staff.
Kitchen Helper Duties:
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation.
• Wash, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Help with ingredient preparation and storage.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
Requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or café is preferred.
