We are seeking friendly, efficient, and service‑oriented individuals to join our team in a hybrid role that includes Barista/ Runner/ Server responsibilities. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare high‑quality beverages, support smooth food service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, values teamwork, and enjoys creating positive guest experiences.
Duties
Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service
Operate POS systems such as Clover, including accurate cash handling
Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure all orders are correct
Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining area, equipment, and service stations
Assist with food handling and ensure all items meet quality standards
Restock supplies such as cups, utensils, condiments, syrups, and other essentials
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Support team members during busy periods and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns professionally
Uphold Serve It Right and Food Safety standards when interacting with guests and handling service situations
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
