Role Description: Leverage expertise with WIndows operating system environments (Windows 8 & Higher) and Active Directory and Vmware to drive impact for global clients. Should have familiarity working in Linux environments and ITIL process Key Responsibilities: Experience in Windows (Windows Server 2008 or higher) mandatory while Linux (RHEL/CentOS) OS is preferred. Experience in enterprise data center concepts (server storage, networking, server administration). Must be reliable related to work schedule and recurring tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve basic server hardware issues Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Perform Server maintenance and patching Qualifications/Certifications BSc/ BCom/ BE/ BTech What are we looking for Exposure to Windows , Active Diectory and Vmware Server Experience in ITIL Process and Data Center operations Other Information WIlling to work in 24/7 Environment
