About the Role ​We are looking for a data-driven Senior SEO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience to own and scale our organic search channel. You will lead our SEO strategy across technical optimization, on-page content relevance, and authority building to drive measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions. ​Key Responsibilities ​Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps to maximize organic visibility and revenue. ​Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive audits covering site architecture, schema markup, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals. ​Growth: Perform advanced keyword research and competitor gap analysis to capture high-intent search traffic. ​Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, and enterprise tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush). ​Collaboration: Partner with development and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated from the ground up. ​Requirements ​Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, qualified SEO experience (agency or in-house). ​Tools: Expert-level mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. ​Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, crawling/indexing logic, and search engine algorithms. ​Attributes: Analytical mindset with a track record of successfully reversing traffic drops and scaling rankings.
