Role Overview:
We are hiring a Management Trainee – PR to join our Advertisement & Marketing team. This role focuses on the learnings about how to market our media offerings to clients and advertising agencies. You will work closely with the sales team by developing effective marketing and PR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team in identifying potential advertisers and generating new business leads.
Support in pitching advertisement opportunities to brands and agencies.
Create and develop marketing communication and brand solutions ideas.
Help prepare media plans, proposals, and sales pitches.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and client communication logs.
Learn and understand our publication portfolio and customize pitches accordingly.
Profile Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of advertising/media sales is a plus
Good with MS Office tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
