You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, manage paid search campaigns, and analyze performance data to ensure ongoing growth. job Responsibilities

SEO Specialist Responsibilities:

Keyword Research Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant keywords and assess their competition.
• Utilize SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to analyze search volumes and trends.

On-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking, to improve keyword rankings.
• Ensure proper URL structure and image alt text usage to enhance SEO.

Technical SEO:
• Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Resolve broken links and optimize site architecture, ensuring the implementation of structured data (Schema markup) for better search engine understanding.

Content Strategy Creation:
• Develop SEO-focused content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with user intent and industry standards.

Link Building:
• Create strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, boosting domain authority.
• Engage in guest posting, influencer outreach, and relationship-building for effective backlinking.

Analytics Reporting:
• Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, tracking traffic, rankings, and key metrics.
• Generate SEO performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.

SEO Audits:
• Conduct regular website audits to detect issues like broken links, duplicate content, and other technical challenges that hinder performance.

Competitor Analysis:
• Continuously analyze competitors' SEO strategies and adjust our approach to outperform them in search rankings.

SEM Specialist Responsibilities:

Paid Search Campaign Management:
• Create and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to target relevant keywords and drive high-quality traffic.
• Develop ad copy and landing pages optimized for user intent and conversion.

Bid Management Budget Allocation:
• Monitor and optimize bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective ad spending.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, based on performance data.

Campaign Monitoring Optimization:
• Continuously analyze paid search campaign performance, adjusting keywords, ad copy, bidding, and targeting for optimal results.
• Use A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Analytics Reporting:
• Use SEM platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Prepare detailed reports that provide actionable insights for optimization.

Remarketing Retargeting:
• Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with the website or ads.
• Optimize retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and lower cost per acquisition.

Keyword Market Research:
• Conduct ongoing research into keyword trends, competitor ads, and audience behavior to refine SEM strategies and targeting.

Overlap Between SEO SEM:

Both SEO and SEM specialists aim to boost online visibility—SEO through organic search efforts and SEM via paid campaigns. A strong understanding of both disciplines is crucial to driving comprehensive digital growth. Both roles require advanced analytical skills to assess performance and refine strategies accordingly.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO and SEM strategy execution.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, along with SEM platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, including budget allocation and bid management.
• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword research, and budget management in SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to generate actionable insights from data.
• The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience.
