Senior Textile Designer

We're looking for a Senior Textile Designer who is ready to lead our design team, craft stunning digital prints, and collaborate across departments to bring our vision to life. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to junior designers. • Create unique and compelling digital prints for our bag collections, focusing on innovative patterns and color palettes. • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure designs are effectively showcased online. • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in textile design, fashion, and technology. • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and integrate findings into design concepts. • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. • Manage the design process from concept to final production, including sampling and revisions. • Ensure all designs meet the brand's standards for quality, aesthetics, and functionality. • Conduct quality checks on printed fabrics and finished products to maintain consistency. Qualifications: • Experience: • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in textile design, with a focus on digital prints. • Proven experience leading a design team and managing design projects. • Experience in the Bag industry is a plus. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Accessory Design or a related field. • Skills: • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. • Strong understanding of textile printing techniques and fabric properties. • Excellent eye for color, detail, and pattern. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Attributes: • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for fashion and design. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
