Senior Team Lead Software Development

Senior Team Lead Software Development will be responsible to manage team, deliver projects, handle client interface and support for the ongoing and upcoming e-governance Agri Tech projects.

Company: Leader in providing Smart governance & Smart Agribusiness solutions working very closely with various Governments.

Work Location- Salt Lake City, Kolkata +1

Mandatory Skill Set : Full Stack PHP or Ruby On Rails

Additional Skill Set: 'GIT', 'HTML', 'CSS', 'UI' Design Principles

Education: BTech or 'MCA' (Need to have consistently 60% plus marks from 10th Grade)

Responsibilities:

1.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.

2.Build efficient, testable, and reusable Ruby on Rails or PHP modules.

3.Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

4.Delivering projects and its amendments as per timeline

5.Meeting and presentation with business clients for all e-governance projects (Agri Tech) at clients place (Govt.)

6.Project meetings with senior govt officials for existing project updating, new amendments, run time issues etc.

7.Online and Telephonic assistance for complex problems to clients as needed actual.

8. Manage and administration of team members

Experience / Exposure required:

6-8 years minimum of active work experience in either Ruby On Rail or Full Stack PHP. Incumbent must have exposure to manage small teams and very effective communication and presentation skills for clients
