Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The individual will be a Key player for the Marketing & Communication team and shall report to the India Marketing Senior Director. Responsibilities include being the lead for Practice Area (PA) Marketing and looking after Seat At The Table (SATT) initiatives. S/he will closely work with PA nodes to understand PA annual plans and liaise with his Marketing colleagues to deliver and implement campaigns. The individual will also be required to create impactful presentations for senior leadership and communication strategy for BCG India. The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Responsible for external marketing communications for the BCG brand and business units
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Have managed small to medium-sized teams in past roles
• Have managed requirements of internal stakeholders, including senior leadership in previous roles
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Support digital marketing campaigns – email marketing, social media, corporate website
• Work on creating impactful presentations for senior leadership and communication strategy for BCG India
• Work towards establishing BCG’s presence in international markets
• Effectively and creatively showcase the impact and return on investment of the marketing activities using dashboards, data analysis and automation tools
• Support the development and execution of marketing communications collateral for various distribution channels – internal, reports, articles, videos
• Support in planning and execution of high-profile events
• Vendor management and contracting
• Need to have experience in leading small team
• Provide new ideas and recommendations to enhance client engagement and brand awareness
• Improve marketing processes by performing analysis of marketing activities and creating reports
• Well versed in creating content for both internal and external communications (client emails, newsletters, internal comms, award entries)

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• 8-13 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to drive day to day functions
• Good analytical skills with ability to present information in an engaging manner
