Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef at Marquis Beach Resort, located in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high culinary standards. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring hygiene and safety regulations are followed. The Senior Sous Chef will also collaborate on staff training and development, contribute to creating innovative dishes, and assist with event catering as needed.

Qualifications
• Culinary Arts skills: Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Management skills: Experience in supervising kitchen staff, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Menu Development skills: Expertise in menu planning, creating innovative dishes, and adapting recipes
• Communication and Leadership skills: Excellent communication abilities and strong leadership capabilities for staff training and development
• Experience in hospitality and event catering is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
