Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Implementing designs and requirements into a shippable product, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
• Managing and self-organizing to accomplish your own work effectively and efficiently.
• Participating in sprint planning and estimation, breaking down user stories into manageable tasks as needed.
• Applying design and coding best practices to develop high-quality components and solutions.
• Performing unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of our web applications.
• Participating in peer-level code reviews, providing constructive feedback and learning from the insights of others.
• Proactively identifying issues and collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions.
• Following and promoting best practices within the team and organization.

Must have skills :
• 4+yrs of experience in Node.js, Express.js (or Sails.js), React.
• Need clear understanding of JavaScript and Typescript.
• Sound understanding of MVC and design patterns.
• Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs.
• Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in MERN Stack development.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.
• Good grasp of UI / UX concepts.
• Should have experience in using Git & VSCode.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting will be considered positively.
