Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Home Textiles)
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales while strengthening the market presence of Florida Dress Your Home and Florida Sleep across assigned territories. The role requires effective product presentation, market development, customer relationship management, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the complete product portfolio, including bedding, comforters, pillows, towels, curtains, furnishing fabrics, and home furnishing accessories.
Conduct regular market visits to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers to generate business opportunities.
Present new collections, seasonal launches, premium ranges, and category-specific product innovations to customers.
Educate customers on product features, fabric compositions, GSM, thread count, fillings, finishes, certifications, and key USPs to improve product understanding and sales conversion.
Develop new markets by identifying and onboarding prospective dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Increase product visibility by ensuring attractive merchandising, display execution, POS branding, catalog placement, and promotional materials at customer locations.
Execute product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their business requirements.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions, emerging trends, and customer preferences, and submit regular market feedback to management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.
Ensure effective communication of ongoing promotional schemes, trade offers, and marketing initiatives to channel partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing professional sales support and prompt after-sales service.
Achieve assigned sales targets, product mix objectives, and category-wise business goals.
Generate orders, monitor order execution, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely deliveries in collaboration with internal teams.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit reports, customer databases, market surveys, and business development records.
Represent the company's values, maintain a professional appearance, and act as a brand ambassador during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and customer buying behaviour to effectively position the company's products in the market.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
