The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on patient leads.
Convert inquiries into consultations and admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build relationships with patients, doctors, and referral partners.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
Deliver exceptional patient experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
BBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales (Healthcare experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,00,000 per month (based on revenue and target achievement)
