Senior Sales Executive Earth

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue growth.
Handle high-value clients and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Manage and mentor junior sales executives or team members.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
Resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
